When you write in, include the email or phone number on your account and, if your question is about a specific delivery, the job number (for example FYF-26-123456) so we can help you faster.
Driver App Help
Signing in
Drivers sign in with their phone number. Enter your number in the app and we'll text you a secure sign-in link. If you don't receive the text within a couple of minutes, check that your carrier has invited that exact phone number, then try again.
Location permissions
The driver app shares your location with your carrier only while you're on an active delivery, so dispatchers and customers can see live progress and accurate ETAs. Background location access keeps tracking working while the app is minimized or the screen is off. You can review or change this anytime in your device's Settings. Note that continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
Joining a carrier
Your carrier can send you an invite by text message, or give you a join code to enter in the app. If a join code isn't working, confirm with your dispatcher that the invite is still active.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app under Settings. Deleting your account removes your access and disables your profile. Some delivery records may be retained where required for legal and business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
